| WARNINGS | Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding if you are on a low protein diet if you are taking antidepressants, if you have diabetes if you have ulcers stomach upset, or inflammation if you have liver problems or develop symptoms of liver problems (such as abdominal pain, dark urine or jaundice) if you have an iron deficiency if symptoms persist or worsen. Feelings of insomnia or overstimulation may occur; stop use if sensations persist or worsen. Keep out of the reach of children. |
| CONTRAINDICATIONS | Do not use if you have a primary systemic L-carnitine deficiency or a secondary L-carnitine deficiency for which supplementation is prescribed, or monitored, by a healthcare practitioner. |
| KNOWN ADVERSE REACTIONS | Some people may experience insomnia, anxiety, or headaches, in which case, discontinue use. Mild gastrointestinal symptoms (transient nausea, vomiting, abdominal cramps, and diarrhea) have been reported. Low incidences of seizures have been reported with oral doses in individuals with or without pre-existing seizure disorders. |
